It hit 104 degrees here today. I decided to try a new recipe I found online for key lime sorbet. “Too sour”, says my daughter, “too tart and too sweet” (?) says my husband, and my son wouldn’t even taste it.
Actually, I thought it was too sour as well but just now, several hours later, I tasted it again and it seems to have mellowed in the freezer somehow. I am thinking of telling no one. It took me an hour to juice those tiny limes!
