He was thrown out of a car near our house. A neighbor came by and asked if we could keep him until he could be taken somewhere safe. Alex said yes, we would find him a good home. And then Alex and the kids fell in love with him. So I guess he has found his home. I must admit to liking him too, although I had forgotten how mischievous kittens are. Alex named him Connor, but I started calling him “Itty Bitty” and it stuck.
I am getting a puppy in about a week. Someone please tell me stories of how when puppies and kittens grow up together they get along wonderfully.
I picked up my camera today. I asked the man, “What was wrong with it?” He said, “You drop it!” I did not drop it, but English wasn’t his strong point and I just wanted to get out of there.

Oh, he is gorgeous! I think he knows he’s perty….look at that 2nd pic!
I’ve never had a dog and a cat at the same time, but seeing as how they will both be newbies to your home and both will be young, I doubt you’ll have any problems. Sounds like great fun…..I hope!
I’m not much of a cat person, but he’s beautiful! When I was a teenager, we had a cat. He was youngish. Not exactly a kitten, but definitely not grown. Then we got a puppy. They did great together. The cat had to put the dog in it’s place a couple of times, but then they settled into a neat relationship. It wasn’t uncommon to find them snuggled up sleeping together, so hopefully your guys will be fine too.
Belle,
Yes, he definitely knows that he is pretty. He is the softest animal I have ever touched. I hope that this will be fun, having a kitten and a puppy together.
Lori,
I am not really a cat person either, but we have four. My husband can’t imagine life without at least one and he has a soft spot for ones in trouble. I hope our puppy and kitty end up snuggling together. That would be wonderful. I can imagine that this kitten will be putting the puppy in its place; he’s already shown the other cats who’s boss. I am looking forward to taking the dog for walks.
